Trusted Technology Partnership Wins Tech Leadership Team of the Year Award
[Ringwood, 13th October 2023] Trusted Technology Partnership, a leading technology services and support company, are extremely proud to announce their recent accomplishment in receiving the prestigious Tech Leadership Team of the Year Award at the South Coast Tech Awards 2023.
The Tech Leadership Team of the Year award recognises a group of leaders within a technology company who have demonstrated exceptional vision, strategy, and execution. Winners have a proven track record of driving the company's growth and success, fostering innovation and collaboration, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. Judges have considered factors such as the leadership team's vision and strategy, execution and delivery of results, innovation and creativity, and impact on the industry. Trusted Technology has continuously strived for improvement and this award serves as a testament to the hard work, dedication and vision of the entire Trusted Technology Team.
Managing Director, Pauline Gray, acknowledges the brilliance of this achievement, especially in relation to all the other changes made at Trusted Technology in the last year.
When the company recently became an Employee Ownership Trust our leadership team used this as a catalyst to improve the working environment for all of our 100 staff. Shareholding gives employees a feeling of ownership. Since the change in business model, our productivity has gone up and our customer satisfaction surveys have improved. As well as our management structure we have also put in place a colleague council with elected members, so employees have their own voice.
Trusted Technology were also proud to be selected as finalists for the South Coast Technology Company of the Year 2023 . There were more applicants this year than ever before so being shortlisted is a great feat. We would like to extend our appreciation to our colleagues, customers, partners and board of directors who have played a pivotal role in achieving this award.
