
Richard Hiett
Richard is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of support whilst driving improvements to the services delivered to over 700 GP Practices and hospitals across the UK. Under his leadership the team are motivated to deliver the best customer service and IT support possible.
Richard manages an exceptional team of Service Managers, Service Desk Technicians and Field Engineers. In 2012 Richard helped the service team become one of the UK’s first non-NHS nationally accredited and recommended service desks by NHS Digital.
In his spare time Richard likes to spend time with his family, enjoys mountain biking and playing 5-a-side football.
