Healthcare Computing Ltd (HC) aim to supply high quality goods at excellent value.
In order to allow our customers to purchase from us with absolute confidence we have in place the following returns policy.
Where a product is found to be defective on delivery we will replace with another item as soon as possible at no further cost.
Where any product is faulty within the manufacturer’s warranty period then we will seek to replace this through the manufacturer (unless this is in contravention to our contract with the CSU).
Where a product has been supplied that is not faulty but is not suitable for the intended purpose we will work with the customer to try and resolve this.
Where a product has been ordered, but then the customer cancels the order the following will apply:
- If the product has been delivered we will collect the product and issue a credit against any invoice raised less 20% delivery, collection, handling and administration fee
- If the product is a non-regular product (not normally stocked) and has already been received at HC pending delivery then we will reserve the right to normally charge up to 20% administration fee of the order value (this may increase subject to our supplier costs but HC will act in the best interests to reduce this cost for our customer)
- If the product is a regular stock product and has not yet been dispatched for delivery then we will not normally charge any fee for cancellation
