Healthcare Computing’s successful fundraising for Sport Relief
Healthcare Computing’s successful fundraising for Sport Relief with a pay-to-play football tournament and a bake off sale. The tournament took place on the 12th March against a team from David Lloyd Leisure Centre based in Ringwood. As well as the sporting activity, HC raised money with bake sale for spectators and team members. HC raised over £200 in total with a bake sale and the tournament.
Sport Relief was back from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th March with the aim of raising money by different activities across the country to tackle the root causes of poverty and social injustice. In fact, half of all the money raised by the public is spent right here at home in the UK, with the other half used to make a difference in the world’s poorest communities.
Healthcare Computing is a leading provider of IT support solutions across CCGs and CSUs, providing IT Infrastructure support to over 700 surgeries and was shortlisted in the Communications Provider of the year category in the 2015 General Practice Awards.
