Healthcare Computing Customer Service Survey Results 2011
96% of customers would recommend Healthcare Computing’s service and solutions*
Healthcare Computing Ltd, a leading provider of IT support solutions to GPs and PCTs in the UK, today announced positive results from its latest Customer Satisfaction survey, with 97% of respondents rating the company’s service as “good, very good or excellent”. The survey was sent out to a random sample of Healthcare Computing customers at GP practices and PCTs, and the 282 respondents answered a wide range of questions. The aim of the survey was to collect customer satisfaction data and understand customers’ future requirements.
Other key areas included 88% of respondents rating Healthcare Computing’s Service Desk as good, very good or excellent and 92% of respondents rating onsite engineers as good, very good or excellent. An impressive 96% would recommend Healthcare Computing’s services and solutions to other practices. Healthcare Computing was established in 1996 and provides specialist IT services to over 370 GP practices across six primary care trusts. It is consistently recommended by customers as its solutions represent excellent value for money, while team members are skilled, driven and passionate about technology.
