98% of customers would recommend HC’s services and solutions
Healthcare Computing Ltd, a specialist provider of NHS IT Infrastructure and Support services to NHS organisations in the UK, today announced positive results from its latest Customer Satisfaction survey, with 98% of respondents rating the company’s service as “good, very good or excellent”. The survey was sent out to Healthcare Computing customers at GP practices and CCGs, and the 215 respondents answered a wide range of questions. The aim of the survey was to collect customer satisfaction data and understand customers’ future requirements.
Other key areas included 96% of respondents rating Healthcare Computing’s Service Desk as good, very good or excellent and 99% of respondents rating onsite engineers’ services as good, very good or excellent. An impressive 98% would recommend Healthcare Computing’s services and solutions to other practices. “I would recommend HC at the drop of a hat, best service I have used”, says a customer from Barnwood Medical Practice, Gloucestershire CCG.
