How will I contact the Service Desk from the 1st of July?

There are several ways that you can log requests for training:

  • You can call us on 0345 0348690.

  • You can use the live chat function on our website.
  • You can register for our support portal to log and track your incidents.

 

Will the service desk be the same as what I use now?

Yes, Healthcare Computing will continue to supply your Service Desk using the same great team.

 

Will the engineers know our practice?

Healthcare Computing are continuing to supply your service engineers using the same familiar faces.

 

Will the level of support change?

Yes, but only for the better. We will assist with all your IT related queries and incidents. If you aren’t sure, please give us a call and we’ll help as much as we can.

 

Will I need to relog any of my open incidents or requests after the 1st July?

No, your open tickets will remain with the Service Desk.

What will change on the 1st July?
  • You’ll hear some new telephone options when you contact the Service Desk.
  • Services currently delivered by SCW CSU will transition to the Partnership, that’s Healthcare Computing and Arden & GEM CSU.
