Meet the Board of Directors

Pauline Gray – Managing Director

Pauline has over 20 years of executive leadership experience. She has a wealth of experience in driving successful projects in a technical environment within a wide range of sectors. A strategist who is passionate about both customer service and internal culture. She has recently completed ILM level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring.

Neil Payne – Executive Director

Neil first joined Hc as an engineer in 2001. During his varied career he has worked his way up to Managing Director, gathering valuable skills and insight. These days Neil uses his considerable knowledge and expertise to assist and advise both the board and our customers.

Mathew Trudgill – Business Development Director

Mat has been a key member of the Hc team since 2003. Recently, he has had a change of role from Account Director to Business Development Director. He has many years of experience within the healthcare sector and is committed to creating and maintaining successful partnerships. He works closely with both customers and suppliers and is the lead on tender submissions.

Richard Hiett – Operations Director

With 20 years' experience delivering IT support services, Richard is responsible for facilitating the highest standards of support for our customers through continual service improvement and implementing best practice processes. Richard is ITIL certified, and leads a team of dedicated service managers, operations managers and service delivery functions.

Ed Bramall – Projects and Programmes Director

Ed has been with HC since 2005 and has a wealth of experience delivering technology improvement programmes for our customers. He is MSP, ITIL and PRINCE2 practitioner qualified, and leads a team of passionate programme managers, project managers and engineers.

Jon Cook – Technical Director

As Technical Director, Jon works with customers to implement high-quality solutions and projects, to improve the IT within the business. Jon has over 20 years of operational experience, operating across a notable breadth within the ICT spectrum in both public and private sectors.
