Healthcare Computing Ltd offers Remote Assistance, providing a rapid response to help with most problems that you may encounter with your computer.

After receiving a request for Remote Assistance the Healthcare Computing technician can remotely connect to a problem PC and view the screen directly to fix the problem.

To make use of this service, call our Service Desk on 01425 470888, for instruction and assistance with the following steps.

When you click on the link (on the right) you will be offered the choice to 'Run', 'Save' or 'Cancel'. You must select the 'Run' option. 

The following screen will then appear.

The Healthcare Computing Ltd technician will advise you on which connection to select.
