
	We strongly recommend that our customers avoid using refurbished and re-filled toners and drum units in their laser printers, and re-filled ink cartridges in the deskjet/inkjets. Not only do toner units run out of toner powder, but their parts also wear out. These drums, toners and ink cartridges have already reached their manufacturers' recommended life-spans, and therefore more likely to fail and cause problems if they are continued to be used after reaching that recommended life-span. Using a refurbished or re-filled part in your printer can void the manufacturers' warranties. Also, under our support contracts, Healthcare Computing Ltd is not obliged to look at a printer problem until a genuine toner/drum has been inserted and the problem tested again. Even if a refurbished or re-filled part appears to be working as expected there is a high risk of the part leaking inside your printer, which may not be noticed until it is too late.
