Customer Feedback
The partners were pleased that the computers were being upgraded but worried about the potential disruption it may cause. In the event, there was no disruption at all and everyone was most complimentary about the whole way that the project was handled.

Secure IT Collection Service
|
The issue of data security is of paramount importance to GP Practices & PCTs.
Following recent high profile incidents within the media, the Government have issued even more stringent guidelines, and the PCTs want to ensure that all data storage devices and media are securely disposed of to government standards, and that there is no risk of loss of patient or other highly sensitive data.
Healthcare Computing offer a service whereby Electronic IT Waste can be disposed of in an efficient manner in line with government Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment (WEEE) directives.
The service has been security vetted by the Ministry of Defence and given the highest clearance (List-X), which means that they can process their most sensitive equipment. The service currently uses IBAS Expert Eraser which is approved by CESG for data erasure to baseline and enhanced standards.
For more information, including up to date pricings, or to arrange a collection, please contact Healthcare Computing.
