We have full IGSOC Compliance & multiple N3 connections for full remote support, asset management, server monitoring and software deployment services.

We have a customer portal allowing GP Practices to log calls, see the status of open calls, view all of their assets (recorded in our system), see historical calls, knowledge base and this also can function as a GP Practice intranet;
We offer a PCT portal allowing the PCT’s to see all open & closed calls broken down by practice or as totals.
PCT reporting is another function of the portal; the PCT’s also have the ability to communicate with practices via the web portal on an estate wide, practice or clinical system specific basis.
PCT’s can view assets by practice or as whole estate; We have a full service management function and conduct thorough Service management reviews with our customers. We already have a comprehensive set of pre-defined reports but can add new ones at no extra cost at the request of the PCT’s.
