Dear customer,
Healthcare Computing Ltd is committed to providing a professional service to our customers. It is our company ethos to provide a service that promotes a friendly, polite , helpful and caring attitude from all of our staff. We will always do our best to understand the nature of your work, the importance of the service you are delivering and your reliance on your IT infrastructure.
If you are unhappy with the service you receive from any of our employees please bring it immediately to our attention so that we can address this & ensure we maintain the high levels of service that we are proud of & you expect from us.
We also expect our staff to be treated in the same polite and courteous manner while they are at your Practice or talking to you on the phone trying to resolve your IT issues.
Healthcare Computing will not tolerate harassment or abuse towards its employees under any circumstances – Please treat our employees with the same respect you expect from us.
