I feel compelled to write and express our gratitude for the professionalism and hard work they have displayed, which not only reduced disruption to a minimum but also led to a completely successful roll out of the equipment.

He was brilliant and came ahead of expectation and sorted the main issues out quietly and professionally in no time at all. I was extremely impressed and pleased with his work. If there had been any issues I would have recorded them just the same.
