Paul is very helpful and polite and he solved my problem very efficiently and quickly and without making me feel I was an complete idiot – because really I suspect that as the person looking after the practice system I should have known how to fix it myself!!

Very helpful staff who deal with your call and solve your computer problems very efficiently.  Previous dealings with IT staff  (non- Healthcare Computing) have always been very unsatisfactory – found staff patronising.

The engineer was very helpful and took on board what we had said about the noise coming from the cabinet.  he did not dismiss what we were telling him and answered all the concerns from my colleagues.  A new part arrived and it was fitted efficiently by the engineer and the cabinet is now very quiet in comparison to how it was.  Thanks Matt.
